Whatever we change on the way is written down and returned with the file, so nobody has to guess why a colour or a margin moved.
Every file is opened the way the press will read it: missing fonts, low-resolution images, wrong page size and absent bleed are flagged before any output is made.
Artwork built in RGB is converted with the profile of the paper and press it is going to, so the proof on your desk and the printed sheet stay close.
You receive a proof to sign off before the job moves on. Nothing goes to plate or to the printer until you have said yes in writing.
Pages are laid out on the sheet with the marks the printer asks for, and the final file leaves in the format their workflow expects.
Each change made to your artwork is listed in a short note, so the designer knows what moved and a reprint starts from the same corrected file.
